Yellow Vape Shop Closed
On the 12th of February, Officers from Hertfordshire County Council Trading Standards, Hertfordshire Constabulary and HMRC conducted a joint raid on the Yellow Express Vape shop located on Rickmansworth Highstreet.
Officers from all three agencies were joined by a dog unit to search the premises. At the time, a police spokesperson said: "A large number of items including vapes and children’s toys were seized and investigations continue."
Following the successful raid and with an ongoing investigation the shop was closed on the 19th of February by St Albans Magistrates' Court.
The Conservative-led Hertfordshire County Council has been cracking down on illegal trading and breaches of Trading Standards, this is just the latest operation of this kind carried out across the County.
