Your Conservative Candidate for Durrants - Rupert Barnes
My wife and I have lived in Croxley Green for over twenty years since we were newly-wed, and raised our family in the village.
Croxley is more than a place: it is a community, and my first concern is to look after those aspects of the village which make it thrive.
Commuting into London, as so many of us do, I appreciate all the more the need to breathe and stretch my legs in the fresh air of our home. So the creeping threat to the green spaces, the lungs of the community, is an immediate concern to me.
I have seen what happens to towns and villages taken for granted, losing their shops and with them their hearts. Not here it wont, if I have anything to do with it.
I promise to fight for Croxley's interests. I am campaigning to: 1) protect and improve our green spaces 2) lower council tax and 3) protect the Red Cross Centre.
If you also love our village and agree we can make it even better – please vote for me on the 5th of May.
